30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with UnifyBox within 30 days of your first payment, you can request a full refund. No questions asked.
Free Trial
We offer a 7-day free trial for all new users. No credit card is required to start the trial. Since no payment is made during the trial, there is nothing to refund.
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the first payment. After the first 30 days, monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time but are non-refundable. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but you retain full access until the end of your subscription period. You may downgrade to monthly billing at renewal.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with your account email and the reason for your refund request. Include 'Refund Request' in the subject line. We will process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via LemonSqueezy.
Exceptions
Refunds may not be provided if: your account was terminated for violation of our Terms of Service, you have previously received a refund for UnifyBox, there is evidence of abuse or fraud, or the refund request is made after the eligible period.
Pro-rated Refunds
We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months or years. When you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
