Workflow Automation 101: Getting Started with UnifyBox
A beginner's guide to creating automated workflows that save time and improve customer experience.
Workflow automation lets you create rules that automatically perform actions based on triggers. Here's everything you need to know to get started.
What is a Workflow?
A workflow is a series of automated actions triggered by specific events. For example: when a new contact messages you, automatically send a welcome message and assign to the sales team.
Workflow Components
Triggers
Events that start the workflow: new message, new contact, tag added, time-based, etc.
Conditions
Optional filters: only if contact is from Brazil, only if message contains 'pricing', etc.
Actions
What happens: send message, assign conversation, add tag, update field, wait, and more.
