Connecting Instagram DMs to Your Unified Inbox
Step-by-step guide to managing Instagram Direct Messages alongside WhatsApp in UnifyBox.
Manage Instagram DMs in the same inbox as WhatsApp messages. Here's how to set it up.
Requirements
You'll need: Instagram Business or Creator account, Facebook Page connected to Instagram, admin access to the Facebook Page.
Connection Process
Step 1: Go to Channels
Navigate to Settings > Channels.
Step 2: Add Instagram
Click 'Add Channel' and select Instagram.
Step 3: Authenticate
Log in to Facebook and authorize access.
Step 4: Select Account
Choose which Instagram account to connect.
Managing Instagram Messages
Instagram DMs appear in your unified inbox with an Instagram icon. Reply directly from UnifyBox.

Limitations
Some Instagram features aren't available through the API, like sending voice messages or viewing disappearing messages.
