How does pricing work?
Plans are based on Monthly Active Contacts (MAC) — the unique people you have a conversation with in a billing period — not on the number of messages.
What counts as an active contact?
Any unique contact you exchange messages with during the month. Browsing, broadcasts that aren't replied to, and internal events don't count.
Is the AI agent included?
Yes — AI is included from the Growth plan at no extra per-message cost. There are no surprise AI add-ons.
What happens if I go over my contacts?
Plans include 1,000 active contacts; beyond that, optional overage is $0.12 (Growth) or $0.15 (Advanced) per extra contact — only if you opt in.
